Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident ordering from Metric Ingredients. Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Return eligibility

Because dietary supplements are ingestible products, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles, products with a broken safety seal, or products that have been used, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Unopened products must be in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Starting a return

Before sending anything back, contact us through our support page and include your order number and reason for the request. If the return is accepted, we will provide return instructions. Items sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

Opened or used supplements, gift cards, final-sale items, and products damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

Subscription orders

Returning an order does not automatically cancel future subscription renewals. Pause or cancel your subscription before the next renewal through your account or by contacting support.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days as required by law. Products must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Refunds

We will notify you after the return is received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
