Metric Ingredients orders are prepared with care and shipped to the address entered at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Orders are typically processed and delivered within 10–15 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on the way.

Tracking and address changes

Please review your shipping address before submitting your order. If you need to request a change, contact us as quickly as possible through our support page. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.

Delays and lost packages

Holiday volume, carrier interruptions, severe weather, and address issues can occasionally affect delivery times. If tracking has not updated or your package appears lost, contact us and include your order number so our team can help.

Subscription deliveries

Subscription orders renew and ship every three months unless paused or canceled before the next renewal. Each renewal follows the same fulfillment and tracking process as a one-time order.

International orders

Available shipping methods, charges, duties, and taxes are shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for any import fees assessed by the destination country.
