Subscription Cancellation Policy

Metric Ingredients subscriptions renew every three months at the price shown when you subscribe, plus applicable shipping and taxes.

Pause or cancel

You may pause or cancel at any time before the next renewal through your customer account or by contacting us through our support page. Requests received after an order has entered processing may apply to the following renewal.

Renewal charges

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges every three months until canceled. Renewal dates and order details are available in your account and confirmation emails.

Subscription discounts

The 10% subscription savings applies to recurring deliveries while the subscription remains active. Code MAN3M applies 25% only to the first subscription charge and does not repeat on future renewals.

Returns and refunds

Canceling a subscription does not automatically return or refund an order that has already processed. Eligible returns are governed by our return and refund policy.
