Welcome to Metric Ingredients. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website, our online store, and the products and services we provide (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence to place an order. You are responsible for providing accurate, current information and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
2. Product information
We work to present product descriptions, ingredients, images, availability, and pricing accurately. Packaging and product appearance may vary slightly from images shown. We may update, limit, or discontinue products at any time.
Our products are dietary supplements. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Information on this site is for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Consult a healthcare professional before using any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, have a medical condition, or are considering use for a child.
3. Orders and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Metric Ingredients may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order, including in cases of suspected fraud, inventory error, pricing error, or unauthorized resale. Your order is accepted when we send confirmation and process payment. You agree to provide complete and accurate billing, payment, and delivery information.
4. Prices, promotions, and discounts
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Taxes, shipping, duties, and other charges may apply. Promotional offers are subject to their stated terms. The MAN3M code provides 25% off the first eligible subscription charge and is not guaranteed to combine with other offers. Bundle savings are reflected in the displayed bundle price.
5. Subscriptions
When you select Subscribe & Save, you authorize recurring charges for delivery every three months at the price disclosed at checkout, plus applicable tax and shipping, until canceled. You may pause or cancel before the next renewal through your customer account or by contacting us. Requests received after an order enters processing may apply to the next renewal. 6. Shipping and delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and carrier, weather, customs, or other delays may occur. Risk of loss passes as permitted by applicable law. Please see our Shipping Policy for current processing, tracking, and delivery information.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Because supplements are ingestible products, opened bottles or products with broken safety seals generally cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
8. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Services, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content without permission, impersonate another person, violate applicable law, or use the Services to infringe the rights of others.
9. Intellectual property
The Metric Ingredients name, logo, product presentation, site design, text, graphics, photographs, and other content are owned by or licensed to Metric Ingredients and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
10. Third-party services
The Services may use or link to third-party platforms, including Shopify and payment, shipping, analytics, and subscription providers. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services, which are governed by their own terms and policies.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind except warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that information will always be complete or current.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Metric Ingredients and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services or products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Metric Ingredients and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and service providers from claims and expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
14. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and updating the date above. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for conduct that violates these Terms or applicable law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
15. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms and the policies referenced here form the entire agreement between you and Metric Ingredients concerning the Services.
